QuickBooks Error 3371

I just installed QuickBooks in my new system and activated it. But when I am trying to open it, it is showing QuickBooks Error 3371 with a status code 11118. I was able to use QuickBooks in my old system but here it is saying that “QuickBooks Could not initialize license properties. QuickBooks Error 3371: QuickBooks could not load the license data. This may be caused by missing or damaged files”. How can I resolve this error?
